Techniques
No two spines are the same. Chiropractic has several techniques, none are superior to others. Some techniques simply suit certain people more than others. The technique best suited to you will depend on factors such as your previous experience with Chiropractic, your age, aspects of your health history and many more. At Crafter Chiropractic we want to know about your previous experiences with Chiropractic and Todd can utilise the most effective and suitable technique for you. Todd will use many techniques throughout any given day depending on the patient he is adjusting at the time. Manual adjustments are safe and effective however if you prefer to have effective Chiropractic care without the cracking sound then this is not a problem at all. If you do prefer manual adjustments, great, Todd has delivered tens of thousands of great adjustments this way too. Still have questions or want to know if Todd is trained and experienced in a particular technique? Send us a message through our “contact us” page and we can let you know.

The human body is a marvelous machine. We are geared for health, but we require our environment to provide what we need to be healthy, much of this is within our control.
Chiropractic is not only a standalone way to feel well, pain and physical problems. Chiropractic is a lifestyle. When we perform our assessment we will be seeking information that will help us to understand more deeply why you might be feeling unwell, feeling pain or being inflamed.
Many factors play into the emotional experience of pain, at Crafter Chiropractic we want you to truly feel well and to do this Chiropractic adjustments may require your help with some positive changes in your lifestyle, the way you eat, sleep, move and interact with the world can impact how you feel. To truly be well we will work with you understand what you might do to maximise the results from your adjustments and to create and maintain healthy habits in your life.

Why Strength & Conditioning?
Todd is a huge advocate for strength training. Moving your body against resistance has unbelievable benefits. Strength is a major factor in many aspects of living a good life. Having functional strength is a major predictor of our abilities as we age, it is a predictor of mortality and to be honest, being stronger just feels so much better.
Strength training performed well, regularly and safely is for everybody, no matter your age, gender, abilities there is rarely an individual who can not in some way engage with a strengthening program. Strength and conditioning goes hand in hand with Chiropractic and enhances the positive outcomes of care.
