DIRECTOR / CHIROPRACTOR / TRAINER
Dr. Todd Crafter
BAppSc (human movement), BHSc (chiropractic), MClinChiro
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body moves, adapts, and heals—and how we can support it to function at its best. That curiosity—shaped in part by growing up in a family of medical doctors—sparked a passion for human movement that led me to Chiropractic.
I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, a Bachelor of Health Science in Chiropractic, and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic, graduating with Distinction in 2011. My foundation in Chiropractic and Exercise Science is strengthened by hands-on experience as a personal trainer, giving me a well-rounded understanding of movement and function.
My dedication to human science and performance continues to grow. I draw on this integrated knowledge to support each patient’s goals—whether that’s improving mobility, reducing pain, or building long-term wellbeing.
My professional journey began in Albury Wodonga and nearby regional towns. From there, my wife Blaise and I travelled extensively, working in clinics across most Australian states. These locum roles provided valuable clinical experience and deepened our shared passion for supporting rural and regional communities. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with thousands of patients across the country. In 2017, we chose to settle in the Barossa Valley to start our family, and I’ve since continued serving the Gawler and Barossa communities through Hand to Health clinics.
We’re now proud to announce the realisation of our long-term dream: opening Crafter Chiropractic in Greenock. While I’m committed to providing high-quality care in our local community, I also contribute to the profession more broadly by teaching technique and practical skills at the Australian Chiropractic College (ACC) in Adelaide. A role I consider both a privilege and a responsibility, as it allows me to help shape the next generation of chiropractors into skilled, thoughtful practitioners.
I’m a strong advocate for the Chiropractic lifestyle, viewing regular spinal care as a vital part of maintaining a healthy spine, nervous system, and overall wellbeing. It’s a philosophy I live by—striving each day to move well, stay grounded in purpose, and maintain balance in my own health and relationships.
Outside the clinic, I lead an active life centred around family, fitness, and the outdoors. Whether it’s strength training in my home gym, mountain or gravel biking, kayak fishing, camping, or exploring new parts of Australia, I believe in practising what I encourage—staying mobile, capable, and connected. I enjoy testing the limits of what the human body can achieve, from endurance challenges like Everesting to strength pursuits and everything in between.
What you can expect.
No two people are the same—and neither is the care they need. I take the time to listen, assess, and understand what matters most to you, then tailor your care to support those goals. I draw on a variety of techniques—including hands-on adjustments, instrument-assisted methods, dry needling, and personalised exercises—to deliver individualised care.
At Crafter Chiropractic, we’ve created a warm, relaxed space that reflects both our clinical standards and personal approach. Natural timber, vintage details, and travel mementos sit alongside high-quality chiropractic tools, strength equipment, and a premium table—designed to make you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you arrive.
CLINIC MANAGER / RECEPTION
Blaise Crafter
Hi, I’m Blaise—Crafter Chiropractic’s administrator, business manager, and receptionist.
You’ll find me at the front desk, behind the scenes, and everywhere in between—helping keep things running smoothly and making sure our patients feel welcome and cared for. I also look after our social media, so if you’re not already following us on Instagram and Facebook, come say hi! It’s a great way to stay in the loop with clinic updates, helpful tips, and a little behind-the-scenes fun.
Originally from Broken Hill, I spent much of my childhood playing sport and staying active. After finishing high school in Albury Wodonga, I found my calling in Pharmacy. Over the years, I’ve worked in various pharmacy roles and loved every minute of supporting the health of the communities I’ve lived in. If you’re local, you might know me from Tanunda Priceline Pharmacy—I always enjoy a good chat and a friendly face.
I’ve completed diplomas in both Pharmacy and Disability Care, and I’m an accredited pharmacy dispensary technician and disability support worker. I’ve always been passionate about health, wellbeing, and great customer service—and I’m excited to now be bringing that experience to Crafter Chiropractic.
Todd and I met in Albury Wodonga, and our shared love of adventure soon took us around Australia. As we travelled and worked in different towns, we began to dream about what it might look like to open a practice of our own. Now that dream has become a reality, it’s such an exciting time for us. I’m so proud to be part of something we’ve poured our time, care, and energy into—and absolutely thrilled to see Crafter Chiropractic come to life here in Greenock.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me on the netball court with the Nuriootpa Tigers—or out and about with my family and friends.
I’m a big believer in staying active and looking after your health—which is why I see regular Chiropractic care as such an important part of feeling your best. And yes, I get adjusted often... perks of being married to the chiropractor!
