A private 60-minute recovery experience in a quiet outdoor space at The Greenock Still. Use the space solo, or with a group of up to four.
Your session includes exclusive use of our traditional four-person Finnish sauna, cold plunge, and separate warm and cold showers, with your choice of music throughout — a calm, private setting designed for relaxation, recovery and general wellbeing. A place to be still.
To get the most from your visit, please arrive hydrated and on time. Bring bathers, two towels, appropriate footwear and a drink bottle.
Access to The Greenock Still is currently available exclusively to existing patients of Crafter Chiropractic and their guests.
Payment is made at the clinic on arrival. ETCH refreshing drinks and electrolytes are also available to purchase in clinic.

No classes, no strangers, no schedule to keep pace with — just a private space to move between heat and cold at your own rhythm. Need to use the space, reset, and get back to your day? Perfect — the showers and restroom are at your disposal.
❋ Heat & Cold, Done ProperlyA traditional Finnish sauna and a chilled cold plunge, set up to let you move through the contrast the way it's meant to be done — warm, cold, rinse, repeat. Prefer heat only, or cold only? No problem — it's your session, you choose.
