Feeling Rusty?

Our services

Chiropractic

Every person who walks through our door has a different history — previous surgeries, old injuries, changing bodies, varying tolerances. That's exactly why your first appointment isn't about jumping straight into treatment. It's about listening.

Your initial consultation includes an in-depth conversation and comprehensive assessment to build a clear picture of your health history, your current concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, we work together to find an approach that feels right for you.

We offer a wide range of techniques — from manual spinal manipulation to low-force and instrument-assisted methods — so there's always a safe, comfortable option regardless of your age or condition. Dry needling can also be integrated where appropriate. Nothing is done without discussion first.

To support precise, comfortable care we use a Hylo table (particularly helpful for those with mobility limitations or compromised conditions) alongside advanced electronic adjusting tools.

Techniques Dr. Todd is trained in:

Manual Adjustments / SMT · Impulse IQ · Torque Release (TrT) · Thompson Drop Piece · SOT · Cranio-Sacral · Activator (AT) · TMJ Techniques · ABC

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a targeted technique for addressing musculoskeletal pain and restricted movement. Fine needles are inserted into trigger points — those tight, knotted areas within muscles and connective tissue — to release tension, reduce pain, and restore more natural movement patterns.

It's particularly useful for muscle, tendon, and ligament pain, and works well as a complement to chiropractic care rather than a standalone treatment.

If you're dealing with stubborn tightness or areas that aren't responding to other approaches, dry needling is worth discussing at your appointment. We'll always talk through it with you first and make sure it fits your situation before incorporating it into your care.

Sauna & Cold Plunge

Tucked away on the clinic grounds, The Greenock Still is a private wellness space built for slowing down.

It's just you — or your people. No shared facilities, no strangers, no clock-watching. Each session is yours alone: a 60-minute private booking with access to our barrel sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor transition area, set among the peaceful open surrounds of Greenock.

The barrel sauna runs on heated rocks — pour water, raise the steam, feel the heat work. Pair it with the cold plunge and you have one of the oldest recovery cycles there is. We've just made it somewhere worth coming back to.

What's included in your session:

  • Private 60-minute access for 1–4 people

  • 4-person barrel sauna with heated rock steam

  • Cold plunge

  • Rain shower and outdoor transition area

  • ETCH drinks and electrolytes available in-clinic

Whether you're recovering from a big training week, unwinding after a stretch of long days, or simply carving out time that's genuinely yours — The Greenock Still is ready when you are.

Bookings are private and exclusive to Crafter Chiropractic patients.

Strength & Conditioning

New patients receive a personalised rehabilitation program — designed around you, not a template. Where it fits your situation, lifestyle guidance is layered in to support and extend the results of your chiropractic care, so the work we do in the clinic holds longer between appointments.

The program targets mobility, strength, and stability with your spinal health as the foundation. Paired with lifestyle guidance where relevant, it's built to support and extend the results of your chiropractic care, so the work we do in the clinic holds longer between appointments.

The goal isn't just to feel better in the short term. It's to build a body that stays that way.
