Spikey Massage Balls
A spikey ball is a VERY valuable and affordable tool to help manage muscle tension and trigger points at home. In practice I can not count how many of my clients have told me that using the massage ball between visits “makes a huge difference” to their pain and restriction. A simple tool which can produce great results when used properly and regularly.
Knuckle Physio
Similar to the spikey ball, the knuckle physio is a VERY valuable and affordable tool to manage muscle tension, trigger points and muscular restriction at home. The knuckle physio offers a different shape with sharper and smaller contact points to a spikey ball, allowing release of muscle and other tissues such as the upper neck which a spikey ball may not. Coupling a knuckle and a spikey ball is a great way to have the ability to release most muscles and tissues.
Super Stretcher
The super stretcher enables you to increase your flexibility and mobility, allowing static, isometric or dynamic stretching procedures to be performed with greater comfort and efficiency.
Smooth ‘n’ Spiky: Spiky ball and Smooth massage ball combo
A spikey ball is a VERY valuable and affordable tool to manage muscle tension while the smooth massage ball offers a better option than the spiky ball in some areas. Coupling a spiky ball and a smooth ball is a great way to have the ability to release most muscles and tissues. Even better, a trio of spiky ball, smooth ball and knuckle.
The Serola Belt: Serola Biomechanics
The Serola belt is a firm, elasticised belt which is worn slightly lower than the beltline. This brace offers support to the sacro-iliac joints and can help with sciatica, Sacroiliac joint issues, disc herniation, hip degeneration, lateral canal stenosis, pubic symphysis dysfunction, facet syndrome and many more causes of low back and pelvic pain. The Serola belt is a premium belt and a brace I have recommended and seen great results from in my clients for many years.
Deep Pressure Massager
For some, this item is more effective or suitable than massage balls alone. The Deep Pressure Massager is a large hook like device which allows you to use it’s various points and knobs to sustain a release on your own muscles, including your back due to the shape of the massager.
The Backnobber
The Backnobber is a more premium version of the Deep Pressure Massager, providing additional strength and a slightly different design. For some, this item is more effective or suitable than massage balls alone. The Backnobber is a large hook like device which allows you to use it’s knobs to sustain a release on your own muscles, including your back due to the shape of the item.

Trekker Heel Elevators
The Trekker heel elevators are a prescription onlly item. During a new patient assessment, Todd will measure your anatomical leg length and correlate this measurement with other functional aassessments. Rarely, but in some people, a cause of their problem/pain may be a leg length discrepancy for which a heel lift will be prescribed on one side. The heel life may also help in the case of Achilles Tendon Issues and Heel Pain. These come in various sizes to ensure the correct amount of lift is applied to your measurements. The heel lifts adhere to the underside of your orthotics or sho insole.
